Estamos organizando todo lo referente a hospedaje, alimentación y transporte durante el evento en el mes de julio, actualmente las empresas hoteleras y otras organizaciones que nos están ofreciendo habitaciones para esos días nos han dado precios muy especiales, algunas inclusive nos están ofreciendo el paquete completo con la alimentación de cada día; sin embargo estos espacios no son muchos; por lo que les sugerimos a todos aquellos que vendrán de zonas alejadas de la capital o fuera del país y necesitan hospedaje, alimentación y transporte, nos confirmen su participación, solicitándonos la boleta de inscripción para enviársela por correo.
